PURPOSE: An intelligent remote and in-plant monitor/control/security system using a network server is provided to transmit images inputted to a camera, audio data processed by a CODEC and data of a sensor through the network server to a remote host, client or terminal in real time. CONSTITUTION: An intelligent remote and in-plant monitor/control/security system receives status signals required for monitoring, controlling and securing a camera, sensor, audio system and digital I/O through a data collector(210) and compresses the signals into digital data. The system processes the digital data to meet a bidirectional wired modem(250)/wireless modem(240) according to a controller(230) and a server(220) and transmits the digital data to a remote host(510), client(520) and personal terminal(530) using a communication medium.
