摘要 PURPOSE: To provide a small-sized inductor component the Q-characteristic of which is little deteriorated, and to provide a method of adjusting the inductance value of the component. CONSTITUTION: In this inductor component 21, a spiral coil pattern 12 is formed on a rectangular insulating substrate 11 by photolithography. In the coil pattern 12, the electrode widths W1 of pattern portions 12c and 12d arranged in parallel with the right short edge of the substrate 11 near the short edge are set thicker than those W0 of the other pattern portion. The electrode interval G1 of the pattern portions 12c and 12d is also set broader than that G0 of the other pattern portion. When the inductance of this inductance component 21 must be lowered so as to bring the inductance of the component 21 closer to a desired inductance value, the inductance value is adjusted by increasing the electrode widths W1 of the pattern portions 12c and 12d to W2 (>W1) on the inside of the pattern 12 as shown in Fig. 5(B).
