GRAIN FOR ENHANCING IMMUNITY

PURPOSE: Grain for enhancing immunity is obtained by nanocoating immunoprotein with an anion type aqueous solution induced from β-glucan and coating grain therewith. The obtained grain is effective in prevention of aging, removal of adult disease and the like. CONSTITUTION: A mixture of 0.001 to 10% by weight of lysozyme, 0.1 to 10% by weight of glucan extracted from a mushroom and 0.001 to 15% by weight of collagen is added to the electrolyzed product of chitosan. The mixture thereof is aged and simultaneously dried in hot blast and cold blast. Thereafter, 0.01 to 15% by weight of immunoprotein is nanocoated with 50 to 90% by weight of the obtained anion type aqueous material induced from β-glucan to produce a composition for enhancing immunity. The composition is sprayed on grain and dried.
