PURPOSE: Motor mount structure of an outdoor unit for an air conditioner is provided to prevent interference of vortex from a blower fan, and to improve heat exchange efficiency of the outdoor unit by spacing a motor from the blower fan with forming the spacing part between fixing holes. CONSTITUTION: An outdoor unit of an air conditioner comprises a cabinet(50) having an intake port and plural discharge ports(52a); blower fans(60) installed in the discharge ports to forcibly suck outdoor air; a motor installed in a rotating shaft of the blower fan for generating driving force; and a motor mount(70) having plural fixing holes mounting the motor and assembling to the inner wall of the cabinet. A spacing part is formed between fixing holes in the motor mount for forming the step, and interference of vortex is prevented by spacing blower fans from each other.
