PURPOSE: On a wide embroidering machine, the driving devices transferring a textile supporting frame up and down are installed on both sides of a main frame. The other driving device transferring the textile supporting frame right and left is installed on one side of the main frame. CONSTITUTION: The embroidering machine is comprised of: fixed frames(11) installed on both sides symmetrically; connecting frames(12) fixing the fixed frames(11); a transferring guide installed in the middle of the fixed frame(11); a transferring roller(14) installed on an upper part of the transferring guide; a delivery roller and a winding roller doubly contained above and below; and a guide(17) installed on the textile supporting frame(18) and transferred above and below right and left easily. The driving device is comprised of: a servo-motor which is installed on a base, containing a decelerator installed a motive gear as a motive shaft; power converter(30) which is installed on the base, containing a pinion as a slave gear; a driven gear protruded on one side and geared with the motive gear; and a rack(25) formed an installing part and geared with the pinion. The driving device is divided into a vertical driving device(20a) and a horizontal driving device(20b). |
