PURPOSE: A drying apparatus for a washing machine is provided to dry the laundry evenly, and to prevent crease of the laundry by arranging the laundry outside a washing tub after dehydration and supplying hot and dry air to the laundry. CONSTITUTION: A drier of a washing machine is composed of a hot blast duct(100) having an air inlet(101) and an outlet(103), and selectively opening the outlet for a washing tub(3) or the outside of a body(1) according to rotation; a blower fan(110) placed in the hot blast duct to forcibly suck and discharge air; a heater(120) placed in the hot blast duct to heat air in applying power; a dry net(140) connecting to the outlet in opening the outlet, having plural through holes and covering the storage space of the dried laundry partially; and a dry net storage container(150) placed in the upper part of the body to store the dry net. The laundry is dried evenly without creases by supplying hot and dry air to the laundry. |
