PURPOSE: A lead shape three-dimensional measuring device is provided to be capable of seizing an efficiency and a reliability by rapidly measuring a lead shape of a printed circuit board using a mechanical device. CONSTITUTION: A probe(3) is supported by a supporter(4) at a top of an upper base plate of a main body(1). A pair of support tables(41,42) are formed upward of the main body, and both sides of the supporter are supported by the support tables. A stage(5) which has a pair of substrate support tables(65,65A) for fixing a printed circuit board(50) at both sides is provided on the base plate. An X-axis driving part(6) interlocking with an X-axis regulating nob(76) is provided in the base plate. A Z-axis driving part(8) interlocking with the X-axis regulating nob is provided between the probe(3) and the supporter(4).
