PURPOSE: An integrated circuit cooling device is provided to be capable of continuing to fix a vaporizer at an integrated circuit and of easily installing the vaporizer. CONSTITUTION: A sliding protrusion(211) of a hook shape is formed at a lower part of a housing(210), and an adiabatic member(230) is placed in the housing. An elastic unit(220) is placed between the housing and the adiabatic member to force a pressure to the adiabatic member. An integrated circuit is mounted at a spreader. A sliding guide groove is formed at a side of the spreader so that a sliding part is joined and is tightened by rotation. The sliding guide groove is formed to be inclined toward an end. A vaporizer(180) is placed between the sliding part and a fixing part and is closely contact with the integrated circuit by the adiabatic member so as to radiate a heat of the integrated circuit.
