PURPOSE: A load testing apparatus is provided to measure torque generated due to pneumatic force of a moving object by using a spring and a torque sensor, which are connected to the moving object. CONSTITUTION: A load testing apparatus includes a driving section(11) for providing driving force and an equivalent inertial section(14) driven by the driving section(11). The driving section(11) is connected to the equivalent inertial section(14) through a disc coupling assembly(12). The equivalent inertial section(14) is rotatably supported by a housing(13). A leaf spring(15) is connected to the equivalent inertial section(14) in order to receive torque generated from the equivalent inertial section(14). A torque sensor(16) is provided to measure torque transferred thereto through the leaf spring(15). The driving section(11), the housing(13) and the torque sensor(16) are supported by a base(17).
