PURPOSE: A method of preparing a health tea with cereals and herbs is provided to make a health-giving effect by detoxifying the toxic content of alcohol. CONSTITUTION: In a method of preparing a health tea, a raw mixture with 2g of arrowroot, 2g of black bean, 2g of green bean, 2g of red bean, 1.5g of Atractylodes japonica, 1.5g of orange peel, 1g of Schizandra chinensis, 1g of Poria cocos, 0.7g of malt, 0.7g of blue orange peel, and 0.3g of ginger is dipped into 400cc of purified water, and soaked therein for 30 minutes. The mixture solution boils down till the purified water boils away by 2/5, and the extract thereof is packaged in a pouch. The raw mixture may be steamed in a steamer, and dried. The dried mixture is pulverized to make a powder. The powder is packaged in a pouch by 5-8g.
