APPARATUS FOR REMOVING CARBON ATTACHMENTS ATTACHED ON DOOR FRAME OF CARBONIZING CHAMBER OF COKE OVEN

PURPOSE: An apparatus for removing carbon attachments attached on door frame of carbonizing chamber of coke oven is provided to completely remove a tar and carbon attachments so as to prevent the door frame from being remained open and to protect gas leakage. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a scraper body(18) mounted on a cleaner body(15) through cylinders(5a,5b), an electric motor(14) installed on the scraper body(18), a brush roller(8) which is supportably mounted at a front side of the scraper(18) so as to rotate by a rotational force transferred from the electric motor(14) through a chain, a scraper(11) installed in front of the brush roller(8) while the scraper being biased in downward direction by means of a spring(7).
