PURPOSE: A turnable advertising board is provided to maximize an effect of advertisement by adding a rotary function to the advertising board adhered at a wall or a column of a building. CONSTITUTION: An advertising portion(10) includes an advertisement draft and a support portion(18). The advertisement draft is adhered on a front surface of the advertising portion. The support portion is formed at a back side of the advertising portion. A driving portion(20) includes a long hole(20a), a plurality of substrates, a rotary shaft(22), a motor, and an arm. The long hole is formed on a surface of the driving portion. The plural substrates are installed in the inside of the driving portion. The rotary shaft is connected with the support portion of the advertising portion and a rotation axis of the motor by a slide crank structure. The motor is used for generating the rotary power. The arm is connected with the motor.
