PURPOSE: Wet tissue paper is provided which removes dirt and impurities from the skin and has sterilization effect on the skin. It is manufactured by applying purified sea water to cotton or pulp tissue. CONSTITUTION: A manufacture method of wet tissue paper is characterized by applying purified sea water to pulp tissue or cotton sized into 200X200mm and vacuum packing it into a PE vinyl bag. The wet tissue paper is capable of being recycled after using by sterilizing and washing processes.
