AUTOMATIC REMOVING APPARATUS FOR FOREIGN MATERIAL IN SEPARATOR OF ROLL GRINDER

PURPOSE: An automatic foreign material removing apparatus for a separator of a roll grinder is provided to break a solid chip blown between a rubber roller of the separator and a magnet drum roll. CONSTITUTION: An automatic foreign material removing apparatus for a separator of a roll grinder comprises a foreign material removing portion(10); a driving portion; a power connecting portion(40) and a rotation sensor(30). The foreign material removing portion discharges broken chips(3-1) and accumulated chips(3) by rotational force of a transfer screw(10-23) and a chip removing screw(10-10). The driving portion is geared to a driving motor(1-3) to drive the foreign material removing portion. The power connecting portion is operated by an up-down cylinder(40-6) and a driving cylinder(40-8) to control power transmission to the foreign material removing portion. The rotation sensor senses sold chips on a rubber roller. Thereby, solid chips are removed automatically when solid chips are blown between a rotating magnetic drum roll and the rubber roller.
