Set of medicinal modified carob tree polypenols consists of pulped products with extraction of the residue by hot water and precipitation of the condensed tannins

The set of medicinal modified carob-tree polyphenols comprises immune response stimulators of over 90 per cent hot-modified carob tree polyphenols content. The process comprises diffusion by addition of water to wet carob tree pulp, for draining and extraction by hot water. The hot extract is cooled in settling tanks with separation of the tannins and drying to give a grindable amber-colour vitreous product.
