摘要 The present invention relates to a method for optimizing hybridization performance of polynucleotide probes on an array. More specifically, the present invention provides a cost-effective method for designing optimal polynucleotide probes and hybridization conditions to allow simultaneous determination of multiple sequence variations or multiple gene expression levels on an array under a single set of conditions. The present invention also relates to a method of localizing and detecting sequence variations. More specifically, the present invention provides a two-color system for sequence variation localization and detection. The present invention is applicable to high-throughput genotyping of known and unknown polymorphisms and mutations.
