TRANSPORTATION PLAN PREPARING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve such a problem in a method for preparing a transportation/ delivery plan in the prior art that a plan could not be rapidly and efficiently prepared in regard to a transportation problem needing consideration to the time convenient for an addressee. SOLUTION: When preparing the transportation plan of transporting cargo between a plurality of bases, positional information of the plurality of bases is inputted, cargo information of the cargo to be transported is inputted including a cargo amount, the addressee, a delivery time constraint which is a receivable time zone of the cargo by the addressee, transport vehicle information including a load capacity limit of a transport vehicle is inputted, and a route to be itinerated by a transport service is prepared by using each information under a condition of observing the inputted delivery time constraint.
