<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely measure a moisture value of a sludge cake using one working curve. SOLUTION: A combination of infrared rays is selected corresponding to the measuring-objective sludge cake S, out of the infrared ray for moisture measurement of a narrow band having 1940 nm of main wavelength, the infrared ray for reducing a reflectance of disturbance comprising a narrow band having 1300 nm of main wavelength, the infrared ray for lipid absorbed easily by the lipid having a narrow band comprising 1,725 nm of main wavelength, the infrared ray for a fiber absorbed easily by the fiber having a narrow band comprising 1,800 nm of main wavelength, the infrared ray for a protein absorbed easily by the protein having a narrow band comprising 2,060 nm of main wavelength, and the infrared ray for a saccharide absorbed easily by the saccharide having a narrow band comprising 2,100 nm of main wavelength, and an interference filter F is used to transmit selectively the selected respective infrared rays. A transmission band of the interference filter F is brought into±10 nm of half breadth. The moisture value is found, based on the working curve in response to the selected infrared rays, and reflected light quantities of the infrared rays.</p> |
