PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve a problem of shortening a service life of an assist clutch when a difference between an input shaft rotational frequency and a target input shaft rotational frequency after a lapse of a predetermined time from an assist clutch operation start is a predetermined value or more for every gear change, and gear change using the assist clutch is carried out continuously. SOLUTION: The number of gear changes after assist clutch disengagement is counted, and when the count reaches a predetermined value or more, posterior gear change using the assist clutch is stopped on the basis of a state of the assist clutch. When the predetermined time has passed from the assist clutch operation start, the input shaft rotational frequency does not match the target input shaft rotational frequency, and gear change control cannot move onto a next phase, gear change is carried out without using the assist clutch and wear of the assist clutch is suppressed. |
