摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an RET oligonucleotide microchip capable of searching for mutation of an RET gene, and diagnosing hereditary cancer accurately and economically. SOLUTION: This RET oligonucleotide microchip capable of searching for mutation of the RET gene is formed by immobilizing an oligonucleotide capable of searching for various missense mutations possibly generating on a mutation concentrated codon site of the RET gene, on the surface of a solid substrate by using an automatized microarrayer. A manufacturing method of the microchip and this method for examining the hereditary cancer by using it are also provided. The RET oligonucleotide microchip has excellent accuracy and economical efficiency because the oligonucleotide relative to the specific mutation concentrated codon site of the RET gene is selectively designed, differently from a conventional general oligonucleotide chip, and hereby is used usefully for search for mutation of the RET gene, research on a signal transmission mechanism related with the RET gene, and research on a cancer mechanism.
