PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery voltage measuring device which can improve a detection accuracy of abnormal voltage caused by minute internal short-circuits of a nonaqueous electrolyte battery with high electromotive force, and also greatly shorten the time used for the detection. SOLUTION: The battery voltage measuring device comprises a direct current voltage generating device 10 generating a standard voltage with high resolution, a voltage measuring device 11 measuring a voltage with high resolution. A negative electrode 10a of the direct current voltage generating device 10 is grounded, and a positive electrode 10b is electrically connected to an electrode with the same polarity (positive electrode 11b) of the voltage measuring device 11. A negative electrode 12a of a battery 12 to be measured (nonaqueous electrolyte battery) is connected to the negative electrode 10a of the direct current voltage generating device 10, and a positive electrode 12b of the battery 12 is connected to the negative electrode 11a of the voltage measuring device 11. A potential difference between the positive electrode 10b of the direct current voltage generating device 10 and the positive electrode 12b of the battery 12, namely, a behavior of the voltage of the nonaqueous electrolyte battery is measured by the voltage measuring device 11, and the abnormal voltage caused by the minute internal short-circuits is detected. |
