PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To issue a ticket via a monitoring board arranged in a staff room at a station. SOLUTION: This ticket issuing system is constructed of an automatic ticket machine issuing the ticket matching a pressed account button when the predetermined account button is pressed down after selected from a group of account buttons indicated on a display screen formed of a touch panel arranged in a main body of the automatic ticket machine and cash fulfilling an amount of money of the pressed account button is thrown into the main body of the automatic ticket machine, the monitoring board arranged in the staff room for monitoring a control operation of the automatic ticket machine, a response means responding according to voice between the automatic ticket machine and the monitoring board, a display control means indicating display contents on a display screen arranged in the main body of the automatic ticket machine on a display screen arranged in a main body of the monitoring board, and an issue control means issuing a predetermined ticket from a main body of the automatic ticket machine on the basis of the display contents on the display screen arranged in the main body of the monitoring board.
