PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic hollow floor plate having excellent rigidity, sound insulation and workability, capable of storing cables such as an electric wire, air conditioning duct or piping such as a water supply piping and having good flexibility. SOLUTION: A folded steel plate 2 is installed on a flat steel plate 1, shear connectors 3 are mounted thereon, and concrete 4 is placed. The folded steel plate 2 has flanges 2a and 2b at the upper end part and the lower end part, respectively, each lower flanges 2b are welded on a flat steel plate 1 to integrate the flat steel plate 1 with the folded steel plate 2, and two or more rows of hollow parts 5 formed to have substantially isosceles trapezoidal section by the upper flange 2a and both webs 2c, 2c of the folded steel plate 2 and the flat steel plate 1 are formed between the flat steel plate 1 and the folded steel plate 2.
