PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a knit cloth for underwear having excellent stretchability, skin-fitness, heat-insulation, heat-absorptivity, crease resistance, moisture- absorptivity, moisture-releasing property, luster and drapeability, giving soft and dry feeling to the skin and keeping these properties in balanced state. SOLUTION: The knit cloth for underwear is produced by using a spun yarn having a real twist number of 300-1,200 T/m (T is the number of twist) and containing a cellulose rayon fiber made from bamboo and having a single-fiber fineness of 0.3-500 de. Preferably, the weight ratio of the cellulose rayon fiber made from bamboo to an elastic fiber is 60/40 to 99/1, the elastic fiber is a polyurethane fiber and the underwear is a lady's underwear.
