The invention concerns novel sequences involved in the molecular pathways of tumour suppression, tumour reversion, apoptosis and/or virus resistance and their use as medicines. The invention also concerns the use of said sequences for treatment against cancer, viral diseases, neurodegenerative diseases and for diagnosis as well as for implementing methods for screening compounds to be tested. The invention also concerns methods for detecting and/or assaying sequences of the invention or their expression products in a biological sample.
