<p>A method of manufacturing a formed product coated in a forming mold capable of assuring the high quality of the formed product thus obtained by preventing wrinkles, cracks, nonuniformity of color, and welds from occurring on a hard coating, comprising a step for separating a fixed metal mold part from a movable metal mold part at a stage when the surface of the thermosetting resin forming material is solidified in the forming mold after the thermosetting resin forming material is formed by applying a mold clamping pressure into the forming mold having the fixed metal mold part and the movable metal mold part heated to a specified temperature and filling coating agent including the thermosetting resin forming material between the inner surface of the forming mold and the surface of the formed product, a step for covering the surface of the formed product with the coating agent while clamping the mold again after completing the filling of the coating agent, a step for taking out the formed product covered with the coating agent at a stage when the coating agent is hardened to such a degree that, even if the mold is released, the coating agent is not peeled off nor cracked, and a step for re-heating the formed product after taking out.</p> |
