METHOD FOR PRODUCING MINERAL FERTILISERS

The invention relates to a method for producing mineral fertilisers and can be used for the chemical industry, agriculture with the aim of producing crystallised mineral fertilisers allowing a user thereof to prepare liquid suspended fertilisers having different concentrations and a predetermined ratio between feeding substances and microelements. The sense of said invention lies in that a stabilising additive in the form of bentonite in a quantity of 1-2 % of the mass of a pulp is added therein during the process starting from the synthesis of a product from an initial raw material to the obtainment of the product in the form of a pulp. Said invention makes it possible to reduce to 10 % the production costs, decrease the energy consumption by shortening the production cycle, prevent the losses of mineral fertilisers due to the transportation and storage thereof and during the preparation the solutions with predetermined concentration by the user, whereby increasing the economical efficiency of the process.
