摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform optical communication by reducing transfer distance in a section where an obstacle exists as much as possible when the obstacle exists between communication equipment on the transmitting side and communication equipment on the receiving side. SOLUTION: A position of the communication equipment 16 on the transmitting side at the center is fixed, however, rotates a floodlight 16a by a servo motor. Thus, the communication equipment 16 on the transmitting side can emit a laser beam in the circumferential direction. While, the communication equipment 17 on the receiving side is transferred to any direction on circumference, however, can receive the laser beam when it is transferred to any position since a receiver 17a is arranged like a belt in outer peripherals of a cylinder. When the obstacle 18 is interposed between the communication equipment 16 on the transmitting side and the communication equipment 17 on the receiving side, since within a range of the laser beam indicated by broken lines in a figure is shut off by the obstacle 18, no laser beam can be transmitted from the communication equipment 16 on the transmitting side to the communication equipment 17 on the receiving side. In this case, data communication by the laser beam can be performed if the communication equipment 17 is transferred in the minimum section.
