<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mold a slinger ring approximately in a complete round. SOLUTION: The slinger ring 31a is structured by embedding a light and annular reinforcing member M having approximately the same heat contraction rate with the synthetic resin shown with hatching. As shown in an enlarged section of profile refered with arrows (b), protrusions P having the same length with the thickness of synthetic resin covering respective five spots of central parts of support parts T1-T5 are provided on a surface of the reinforcing member M in a manner to surround the periphery of the ring as one set for three parts of the bottom and the both side of a female mold used for thermal molding. By inserting and situating the reinforcing member provided with the protrusions P in the given positions of the female mold, and by injecting and molding synthetic resin through gates formed in given spots, the reinforcing member can be situated in the central position of synthetic resin and uniformly covered with synthetic resin.</p> |
