PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical multiplexer/demultiplexer in which compactness is made compatible with high productivity even when a used range of wavelength is broadened in a method by which light is made incident on a filter at different angles for each wavelength channel. SOLUTION: An optical circuit member is provided with a filter, a mirror and planar light wave circuit which is furnished with grooves to hold the filter and the mirror are provided, and an optical waveguide has an incident part, a multiple reflection part and an emission part. Further, at least two kinds of the incident angles to the filter are provided for the multiple reflection. A bent waveguide is provided at the multiple reflection part, thus the filter and the mirror are arranged substantially in parallel to each other. |
