PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-way driving link mechanism to be used, for example, in a regulator of a double-inclining swash plate type hydraulic pump, which moves on a working point in a prescribed direction regardless of the traveling direction of a power point. SOLUTION: A first fulcrum member 25 and a second fulcrum member 26 are disposed at a prescribed interval between them. A supporting shaft 28 is disposed between the first fulcrum member 25 and the second fulcrum member 26. A control lever 24 is supported by a supporting shaft 28. The control lever 24 is formed with notched holes 41, 42 and by rotating the control lever 24, the first fulcrum member 25 and the inner surface of the notched hole 41 come into contact with each other, so that the second fulcrum member 26 and the inner surface of the notched hole 42 come into contact with each other.
