METHOD OF MANUFACTURING MODULES

The present invention provides a method of manufacturing a plurality of reinforced concrete modules for use in building construction, each module having a base and a ceiling joined together by two side walls, the method comprising the steps of: (a) providing a mould for the modules, the mould having first and second open ends; (b) arranging respective prefabricated planar concrete elements adjacent each of the first and second ends of the mould; (c) adjusting the position of the planar concrete elements relative to one another so as to bring the mould into accurate alignment relative to the planar concrete elements; and (d) pouring concrete around the mould so as to cast the modules.
