It is intended to provide a reagent for simplified ATP measurement allowing visual judgment whereby judgment can be easily carried out at a high sensitivity. Namely, a reagent for ATP measurement whereby a reaction of forming glucose-6-phosphate from glucose is amplified with the use of ATP contained in a sample and acetyl phosphate contained in the reagent together with glucokinase and acetate kinase contained in the reagent, and then a visible coloration reaction is induced with the combined use of glucose-6- phosphate dehydrogenase and diaphorase, thereby allowing visual judgment.</S DOAB>
