PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly precisely recognize a plurality of objects positioned at different distances from a camera by using a single camera without moving the camera closer/farther to/from the objects. SOLUTION: An object recognition method, by which a plurality of objects (an electrode 1A and a lead wire 2A) positioned at different distances from a single camera 21 are recognized with the camera 21, includes a process in which light emissions having different wavelengths (a violet lamp 31, a yellow lamp 32, and a red lamp 33) corresponding to the distances of the objects are applied to the objects.
