PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for providing URL (Uniform Resource Locator) with end user identification information that can easily create URLs by end users to acquire access information by the end users accessing a home page of a particular enterprise and can transmit a facsimile original to which the URL by the end user is inserted when providing the URL by the end user to the end user. SOLUTION: A URL management server 1 receives a facsimile original to which a facsimile destination list, to which a FAX number by each end user is entered and a URL of a home page of a particular enterprise is entered, through a communication line, after the URL management server 1 provide end user identification information by each facsimile destination based on the facsimile destination list, the URL management server 1 attaches the end user identification information and the URL of the URL management server 1 provided to acquire access information by end users accessing the home page of the particular enterprise to the URL of the home page of the particular enterprise to create the URLs by the end users, inserts the URLs by the end users to the facsimile original and transmits the resulting facsimile original to each end user.
