METHOD AND DEVICE FOR INSPECTING UNEVENNESS OF COATING IN COLORED LAYER OF COLOR FILM FOR COLOR FILTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device that can find out a coating unevenness generated easily in the colored layer of a color film used when laser- transferred to a color filter, by inspection. SOLUTION: A light transmission quantity of an uncompleted film 20 is measured linear-slitlikely crossing in the film width direction by a conveying-in side measuring instrument 30A and a conveying-in side light source 31A interlocked with a coating device 40 for the color film. The colored layer is coated after conveyed along the longitudinal direction of the film by a back-up roll 42. A light transmission quantity of the color film 10 in the same measured portion is measured thereafter by a carrying-out side measuring instrument 30B and a carrying-out side light source 31B. Film-width-directional changes of the measured values and differences therein are judged and evaluated to inspect the coating unevenness in the colored layer of the color film 10.
