摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive film that has an extremely small surface specific resistivity and is superior in antistatic performance. SOLUTION: The conductive film is obtained by applying a water based paint containing polythiophene or its derivative and polyalkyleneglicol or its derivative on the surface of a resin film formed of a thermoplastic resin material such as polyester, and stretching and drying it. An electron conductive layer that has a conductive mechanism formed by polythiophene or its derivative is formed on the surface of the conductive film. The conductive mechanism is supplemented by polyalkyleneglicol or its derivative. Thereby, the surface specific resistivity of the conductive film becomes extremely small owing to the electron conductive layer and the conductive film has excellent charge performance.
