PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic pressure fluid bearing device in which bubbles generated in a lower thrust space can be discharged rapidly. SOLUTION: In the dynamic pressure fluid bearing device comprising a stationary member having an air vent hole 33 penetrating a shaft 3 with a first access port 33a located above a thrust plate 32 and a second access port 33b located therebelow, and a rotary member having surfaces facing each other via a first radial space on the outer circumferential surface of the thrust plate 32 and a thrust space on the upper surface and a second radial space on the outer circumferential surface of the shaft, and having a thrust shaft bearing dynamic pressure generating groove and a radial bearing dynamic pressure generation groove, the short radial space 34 comprises a small space 34c surrounded by the surface with the radial bearing dynamic pressure generating groove formed therein and an air vent space 34a around the first access port, and the space in the radial direction of the air vent space 34a is widest at the phase of the first access port 33a.
