PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that early separation occurs in a raceway surface of an outer ring of a fixed ring by hydrogen ions generated by the decomposition of water contained in grease by high level vibration and high load caused by the high-speed rotation, and the service life is shortened in a bearing used for an engine auxiliary machine such as an alternator. SOLUTION: In a rolling bearing with a plurality of rolling elements disposed between the fixed ring and a rotary ring which are lubricated with grease, the mean roughness at the center line of the raceway surface of at least the fixed ring out of the fixed ring and the rotary ring is set to be >=0.025μmRa to <=0.70μmRa. When the mean roughness at the center line of the raceway surface is <=0.025μmRa, separation frequently occurs. When the mean roughness at the center line of the raceway surface exceeds 0.70μmRa, the vibration is increased unfavorably. A grease composition with a conductive substance blended by 1-40 Vol.% of the total quantity of the grease composition in the grease composition consisting of a base lubricating oil and a thickener may be sealed.
