PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cold curable antibacterial photocatalytic coating material having an antibacterial effect and excellent in hot water resistance and alkali resistance by mixing an acrylic silicone coating material with a photocatalyst which comprises a low-cost perovskite type oxide and exhibits a photocatalytic activity based on a simple new mechanism in a visible light region, and to provide an antibacterial photocatalytic member.
