摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cold curable antibacterial photocatalytic coating material having an antibacterial effect and excellent in hot water resistance and alkali resistance by mixing an acrylic silicone coating material with a photocatalyst which comprises a low-cost perovskite type oxide and exhibits a photocatalytic activity based on a simple new mechanism in a visible light region, and to provide an antibacterial photocatalytic member. SOLUTION: The antibacterial photocatalytic coating material contains an acrylic silicone coating material, an organic solvent and a photocatalyst, wherein the photocatalyst comprises a perovskite type oxide capable of dissolving and holding hydrogen as hydrogen ions through a hole produced by doping with an acceptor, represented by the general formula (I): A<2+> B<4+> 1-x C<3+> x O3-δ(wherein 0<X<=0.5 and 0<δ<0.5), and doped with up to 50 mol% of the cation C having an ionic valence lower than that of the ion B. An antibacterial photocatalytic base material is obtained by using the coating material.
