PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel for a sound-proof wall and its attaching method which can be easily installed from a track side or a road side without assembling a scaffold even when an attaching place is in a high place, preventing noise or having an effect on diffusion of noise, and preventing flaking of chips. SOLUTION: The panel for the sound-proof wall and its attaching method are characterized by that the panel has a sound-proof part composed of a core member and fiber reinforced plastic made skin members positioned on both sides of the core member, and an attaching part to a building frame is provided on a part of the sound-proof part itself.
