PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for preventing dew condensation having excellent moisture absorbing and releasing properties and further water absorbency and water resistance, i.e., the sheet for preventing the dew condensation having high water-resistance strength and capable of reducing occurrence of dew condensation with a high moisture absorption and release rate possessed thereby, rapidly absorbing water and evaporating the water with the high water absorbency even when dew condensation water is produced. SOLUTION: This sheet for preventing dew condensation comprises fibers constituting the sheet in which at least 25% of the fibers is a fibrous carboxyalkyl cellulose. The fibrous carboxyalkyl cellulose has 0.1-1.5 degree of etherification.
