<p>A method of determining a cationic surfactant contained in a sample solution, characterized by passing the sample solution through a disk packed with styrene/divinylbenzene copolymer particles and through a disk packed with an anion-exchange resin and then subjecting the solution to high-performance liquid chromatography. By the method, a CS contained in an amount less than the ppb level in the water of a river, lake, or marsh where inorganic ions and a high-concentration AS coexist can be separated and determined.</p> |
