<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact type IC tag having an antenna coil which resonates at a resonance frequency matched with IC mounted. SOLUTION: An antenna coil is equipped on the surface of an insulating substrate, and a semiconductor chip is equipped on the surface of the substrate so as to be electrically connected to the coil. An electric conductor is equipped on the back surface of the substrate so as to face the coil through the substrate, whereby a capacitor is formed with the coil and the electric conductor acting as counter electrodes.</p> |
