ALKALINE STORAGE BATTERY

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alkaline storage battery using a separator high in both electrolyte retentivity and air permeability. SOLUTION: This alkaline storage battery is assembled by using the separator wherein its total fine pore volume A (cm<3> /g) is set in the range of 1<=A<=5, and the volume B (cm<3> /g) of its fine pores having a diameter of 100μm or more is set in the range of 7%<=B/A<=20% by adjusting the basis weight and the fine pore diameter distribution of the separator.
