PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge for a folding cellular phone of less components and simple shape. SOLUTION: When the cellular phone is in an opened or closed condition, even if the external force T to rotate an inner member 322 with respect to a cylindrical member 34 is applied, the reaction force F' is applied to an inner flat part 322a from an outer flat part 34a to balance the torque, preventing the cellular phone from being carelessly opened/closed. When the cellular phone is in an intermediately opened/closed condition, even if the external force to rotate the inner member 322 with respect to the cylindrical member 34 is applied, a large reaction force F is applied to the inner member 322 to balance the torque by friction force, preventing careless rotation caused by the external force. The attitude of an upper body of the cellular phone to a lower body can be stabilized. Any careless attitude fluctuation caused by the external force can be prevented by small number of parts such as the inner member 322 and the cylindrical member 34. In addition, the shape of the inner member 322 and the cylindrical member 34 is simple.
