FLUID TRANSFER HOSE AND ITS LEAKAGE FLUID MONITORING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid transfer hose and its leakage fluid monitoring method which surely detects fluid leakage to an outflow fluid absorbing layer by damage of a main reinforcing layer. SOLUTION: This fluid transfer hose is formed by successively laminating an inside surface rubber layer 3, the main reinforcing layer 4, the outflow fluid absorbing layer 6, an auxiliary reinforcing layer 8, and a cover rubber layer 9 from the hose inner peripheral side. The auxiliary reinforcing layer 8 is formed as a structure for deforming an external shape of the hose when receiving pressure of the fluid leaked to the outflow fluid absorbing layer 6 from the main reinforcing layer 3. A leakage detector 13 is installed in the fluid transfer hose for detecting the fluid leaked to the outflow fluid absorbing layer 6.
