PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a segment, a manufacturing method for the segment, and a fixing method for a bolt box cover, which have good workability for mounting the bolt box cover, prevent the mounted bolt box cover from falling off, and make a bolt box highly watertight. SOLUTION: The segment 11 is equipped with: the recessed bolt box 3 which has a fastening bolt for fastening the adjacent segment; and an anchor 5 which has a bolt hole for screwing a cover fixing bolt 4 for fixing the bolt box cover 2 for covering the bolt box 3.
