PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide premium, prize competition application service system with advertisement information, service server, service server program and a method for it, capable of collecting consumers in a short time at a low cost by using a communication network. SOLUTION: In the service server 1, in order to invite a group for applying prize competition service, specified and unspecified communication terminal devices are informed of prize competition guide information 2, and the communication terminal device 2 receiving the information returns group specifying information containing an address of the communication terminal devices of all members of the group having the communication terminal device 2 as a representative to the service server 1. In the service server 1, prize competition information containing advertisement information of a quiz type is reported to the communication terminal devices 2 of all the members contained in the group specifying information, and then answers returned from the group members informed of the prize competition information are received. Only the group whose members all return the answer is authorized as a formal application group, and prize competition is given thereto.
