PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic commerce transaction system and method having an authenticating means which is secure, reliable and inexpensive for both a buyer and a seller with no trouble and does not restrict a place for electronic commerce transactions. SOLUTION: This electronic commerce transaction system connected to a first user terminal having an authentication data transmission function, an authenticating means connected to the first user terminal via a first communication network that communicates with a particular system, and a second user terminal via a second communication network for communicating with the authenticating means with a system of high secrecy, authenticates the second user terminal to be the final authentication after the authenticating means authenticates the first user terminal. |
